Found these guys online and placed my first order a few weeks ago. What caught my attention was their exceptionally good selection of ingredients/equipment and more than fair pricing. Order was filled very quickly and had fast delivery to Ontario in just a couple days from placing the order. Will definitely be ordering again!

Lots of products, great staff. Only annoying thing is the pos system. You don't get an itemized receipt when you purchase things, leaving you wondering or asking how much everything cost because nothing in the store has price tags either.

Been going here since they opened up on St. Annes and were doing bulk buys with the brew club to help us out. Best selection, quality, and prices in town. Placed an order the other day, and it arrived with only 1 pack of yeast instead of a 10-pack like it should've. Called the store, and they promptly apologized and made arrangements to ship out the remaining packs without any fuss. Much appreciated guys.

I ordered 3 different types of malt . They mixed all 3 into one bag.... I have order from multiple different home brew stores Canada and USA . and no one has ever been dumb enough to mix all 3 different types of malt in the same bag....... Awful costumer service .... Never shop here !!!!!!

My friend and I had trouble finding the location so we phoned for help. The person we spoke to was very helpful and we were able to get there. I was greeted immediately when I got there and the service was friendly. The only negative for me is that it's not easily accessible by bus.
