Golf Town

It’s too bad these guys are pretty much the only local golf store. I’ve had to shop here a lot but never actually have a good experience when I go in. The floor staff are just so unhelpful - seems to be a general lack of knowledge on the products and just unwillingness to try to help, even when the store’s dead.Their selection of in-stock stuff for lefties is also really disappointing

Workers should get to know the golfer. I was approached by one of the clerks. He proceeded to want to show me ladies clubs. I am a single digit handicap. Never assume because I am a woman that I play ladies clubs. After that I was insulted. Then he followed me all around the store like a creep. If I don't want help, I don't want help!

Terrible customer service. Walked in with full intentions on buying a brand new driver, grabbed a couple sticks, looked around for about 40 minutes. Not one employee offered help or even came and said Hello, 4 employees were hitting balls in the simulator and 3 behind cashier desk. Ended up walking out empty handed, nobody even said have a good night or a thank you for that matter. Very unimpressed and lost a sale that easily. Not to mention I love an hour away and was a complete waste of time.

Worst service at a retail store. Walked in no greeting, 4 people at the counter. Walked around the whole store, passed 3 staff members watching the hockey game, still no acknowledgment. Went directly to the shoes section to actually purchase shoes. A new staff member was asked to help me. New staff member didn’t know anything about shoes. Grabbed me the wrong shoes and the wrong size, then disappeared. I continued to sort through the shoes boxes alone trying in 6 pairs of shoes, still with no assistance. If I had some guidance and knowledge I would have walked out with a pair. But it seems like the hickey game was too important as when I started to leave 4 staff members are watching the game. If it was a Sunday masters I would understand. Ridiculous!!! Not going back.

Every time I go into the store, I am greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff that are eager to help. They have a great selection of current golf gear and apparel and truly are a one stop shop for my needs. The culture there is great, everyone loves golf and it shows. Lucky to have this place in our neighbourhood!

Incredibly friendly service. As a photographer, I was looking for help finding an umbrella and a mount. Even though I’m not a golfer, they took the time to help answer my questions and provided excellent recommendations. Shops like this, makes me want to pick up the sport of golf! Thanks guys

Mark helped my 10 year old son pick out his first proper golf shoes yesterday. What a great experience! Mark gave solid advice and presented choices.Our whole family loves this store. All the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Overall a good experience. The strength of my experience was Tony at the back who let me try out a number of clubs while giving me some pointers. I felt like I got a great deal on the sale. Super friendly guy and the kind of salesman that makes me want to return. The stretch of the experience was everyone else except Tony.
