I highly recommend Kayenna Training Academy. We attended the 6-week puppy preschool classes with our Australian Shepherd puppy and we all (dog and humans) learned so much! We get compliments all the time on how well-behaved our puppy is, which I feel is a lot thanks to classes at Kayenna. Lauren, the trainer was amazing. Very professional, knowledgable and friendly. We will definitely be back for more classes at Kayenna.  I would highly recommend Kayenna to anyone looking for an A+ training experience with their fur companion.

This dog training school, it's staff & facilities are amazing....in my opinion. My puppy loves coming here & he makes me laugh at how excited he gets when we arrive, literally pulling me out of the car and into the classroom. It helps that he's highly motivated and eager to learn new things. I enjoy the friendliness & knowledge of the staff. They are always welcoming to me and my puppy, and are brimming with advice & tips for all their clients. I've attending 3 classes so far: puppy kindergarten, everyday obedience & intro to agility. The instructors are wonderful at finding the level your puppy is at, and then helping you with the next step in their training. Nothing is ever rushed so as to build strong foundations in your puppy's training. I plan on returning for more classes as they offer a broad spectrum of them. Thanks Kayenna Training Academy!!

We took the Fun Focus and Games class with Janet and her dogs! It was really good and you learn so much stuff that is useful and applicable to your actual daily needs. It builds a relationship with your dog so that if something unexpected happens in your environment, your dog learns to defer to you on how to respond. My dog is still learning but we took home so many things to practice we really have a lot to do for the next year haha! Thanks so much!

Amazing facility and wonderful people! I took the Focus, Fun & Games class with my 8 month old pyr/border collie cross puppy. What a fun and amazing class for focus, it has helped a ton and Janet is an amazing teacher! Highly recommended!

I signed up based on the reviews and I'm thrilled that I did. I learned so much about training and our dog had immediate results. The class was professional, cost effective and very organized. This place knows dogs! I was also pleased we were given tasks to work on during the week that carried training through. I already signed up for the next round of classes. If you want a better relationship with your dog or want a well behaved member of your family, you are in good hands with Kayenna Training Acadamy.My first dog was older and reactive when I adopted him. Kayenna was recommended to me by people heavily involved in the dog world. They really helped me understand and train my dog to be happy in his new home environment.My new dog is my first puppy and I really needed help working with his very high, super charged puppy energy. I have taken a series of classes including Puppy Obedience, Obedience 1 and currently Focus, Fun and Games. They have helped save my sanity and are helping me learn how to best channel what’s great about my dog into a more focused dog.We will be starting a scent class next and I also look forward to the try all class where you can Experence all the different kind of activity classes they offer.The trainers are top notch including Bob, who my dog adores, Alysa and Lauren, the owner.

We loveeed our experience at Kayenna. We enrolled our new chow puppy, Kobe, in the puppy kindergarten group and learned soooo much! Thank you, Kathy and Irene, for your support and guidance... you were so helpful and patient in answering all our questions. We feel much more comfortable training our sweet baby girl now. Highly recommended!

I might be Kayenna Training Academy's biggest fan!! So far, I have taken: Rally Novice, Tricks 1&2, Agility Intro-Grade 4 + Weaves and Breakfast Clubs, as well as Scent Detection Intro - Advanced. The relationship I have built with my dog in the process is bar none. The success in their training is in the pudding, as we are starting to bring home multiple ribbons and titles from various dog competitions. The trainers at Kayenna in my opinion, are the best in the business! I recently went to my first agility competition with trainer and manager, Tracey Geddes. Every time she got up to run her dogs, a crowd formed to watch her. In that moment, I couldn't have been more proud that she was the trainer of my girl. She and the other trainers are well-respected in the dog community for good reason. They are both intelligent and kind, and above all promote having fun, and building a strong and trusting relationship with your dog. I highly recommend Kayenna Training Academy to everyone I know. I hope to see you there, as I know I will be continuing to train my dogs here for many years to come! And the community and friendships you will create at Kayenna Training Academy will last a lifetime.

We brought our 3.5 year old bernadoodle to take the intro to scenting class, based on a recommendation from our independent dog trainer, and had a great time! Any dog breed can take scenting and you learn everything you need to enjoy it, and it seems to be a great way to bring shy or otherwise nervous dogs out of their shells and build their confidence, and it also teaches you to really learn to notice your dogs behavioural cues. The class size for scenting was 1 instructor to 4 dogs, which was fortunate, as we got a lot of time to practice.The instructor has been friendly and extremely encouraging and we've signed up for the intermediate class and plan to take the advanced class as well.The price for the course is fair, and the time commitment is just right, at just about an hour a week, plus whatever fun practice you do outside of class.Really happy overall and looking forward to more classes.
