I went there yesterday to take out a new Iphone plan and the customer service was elite. They gave me many benefits, including a gift card that they didn't have to, they were busy but remained very friendly and did everything to ensure I got the best deal. This was the best customer service I've ever had taking out a phone plan.

Staff is very accommodating and friendly. They went out of their way to find the best solution for me even ordering in products that were out of stock. I recommend to come here versus the large stores as it is a much more personable experience.

Amongst the worst pick-up service I have ever encountered. Incredibly unaccommodating and just plainly rude to customers. At this rate, I am genuinely afraid for the future of Best Buy. The 5 dollars more it would have taken to purchase my item from Amazon is more than worth the stress I just experienced.Incredibly disappointed.
