Boisvert Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette

I own a Corvette I purchased from them. They are always trying to find a way to extract the MOST money possible out of the customer. This spring, they charged me: $ 230 for oil change which includes $ 163 labor. When I asked about it, they said: Oil increased a lot. The cost of oil was $ 55. The cost of the filter was $ 12. The cost of labor to change the oil was $ 163!!!! That's unheard of. They installed my new tires on the car. They did not put the cap on the valve. They installed new valves but did not put caps on the valves! Did not wash my car. All upscale dealerships wash the cars for free every time. This place they asked me if I want my car washed for $ 59.99 ! It costs $ 18 to get it washed in and out at a car wash, but they wanted to charge me $ 59.99 ! Bottom line: They are there for themselves, not for the customers. Stay away !!!

I really hate doing negative reviews, but I am so disappointed. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I bought a vehicle from them nearly a month ago, Francois assured me the car passed the inspection check throughout the buying process. That was before the day I came to pick it up, of course it changed right before I was about to drive off with the car. Right before I was about to leave with the car, Francois told me I’d need to come sometime in the future since the check engine light was on. He assured me that it was a faulty part and that they’d already ordered it. 30 minutes after I’d brought it home, he called me and said I needed to urgently come the next day to get it inspected. So, I waited 3 and a half hours on a Monday morning only for their mechanics to tell me they didn’t know what was wrong with my car and to go somewhere else. So much for integrity. I had been assured the engine issue was a sensor problem and the car was safe to drive so I drove it. However, 3 days into driving it, the front left side began making a noise which made me fear for my safety. Finally, I brought the car in to an independent mechanic who knew how to fix everything, but the catch was I needed to wait TWO MONTHS for the part to fix my engine sensor since it was on back order from Hyundai. So now I’ve been without a car and have to pay an additional $1,000 for an issue that was not mine to fix. I am 100% positive Boisvert’s mechanics knew that this item for my engine was on back order but didn’t want to let me know because my only other conclusion is that Boisvert’s mechanic’s are incapable of doing their jobs correctly.

Horrible service team! Was met by a sales woman named Stephanie and she was very impolite and not able to answer any of my questions, almost as if I was bothering her!! I'll never be back to that place again!!

We bought a used car today with a wonderful salesman Mr. Richard Daigle. He was extremely friendly and very professional!! We had a wonderful experience with him. From the first moment we saw him, he had a big smile on the face and that smile continued throughout the entire process!! Truly appreciate his help and assistance!! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!! He was very open to negotiate the price and truly willing to work with us.

Worst place I've seen in my life the customer service is trash! I regret I put my foot on this place

Should have checked at another garage the used vehicle I bought in june 2017 at Boisvert Chevrolet even though they assured me it was in good orderBut noI felt they were honest the salesman told me they never leave anything unchecked well I regret nowI Will not recommend this outfit

Bad customer service.. if a car has issue, it’s never their problem. Good luck getting warranty service with them, you’re on your own.
