Insight Medical Imaging - Hermitage

I came for an ultrasound appointment, I was happy with the experience. The technician was friendly and courteous. I have been to this place a few times over the years and have always been treated well. The appointment times have been met for the most part. The place is clean and tidy. There is lots of seating in the waiting room. Parking can be an issue at times as there does not seem to be enough spots for all the additional businesses in Hermitage Square but that’s minor. This is the closest imaging place from where I live so I’m sure at some point in time I will be back and I have no problem with that as my experience has always been good.

This location is inconsiderate! We have an appointment of 9:45am and we where there on time just to be told that appointment was moved earlier @ 9:30am verified by a text that was sent a day before and now needs to rebook. My wife received two confirmation that day, 9:45am on first text and another one after, changing the appointment time. Since my wife read the first text, she didn’t bother reading the next one( honest mistake).They won’t take us in because of just a 15 Minutes delay time! We both book the day-off and drove an hour roundtrip and came back with nothin but waste of time. If you really care about your patients which is your number one priority just like what you guys talk about in your main page, a little consideration can go a long way.

My experience as usual was very good. The place is clean and staff were very friendly. I definitely would recommend people to go here.

I had 3 back to back appointments at the Hermitage location. It's a spacious, well laid out and clean facility. The staff were courteous and professional. My appointments finished ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this location.

This place is an absolute pleasure to visit for what I got done . X-Rays and a cortisone shot in my right knee. Everybody was very friendly and accommodating. I have been using Hermitage Insight for years, and they never cease to amaze me. The online booking staff, and on-site reception personnel, are so courteous and friendly, the waiting area and exam rooms are always so very clean and bright, and the technicians… well, they are truly awesome! I had three tests done, all independent of the others, within 45 minutes! No stress or confusion… just a good, comfortable experience.

Booked an appointment over the phone and they were straight to point and got me booked in. When I actually went into the insight medical imaging I was helped at the front, and then waited a few minutes before getting called in for my x ray and ultrasound, all the people working there are really nice, friendly, and chatty too.

I have visited this place today for an ECG and Xray. Had a good experience and the staffs were very friendly. The place is clean and tidy. Very well trained and knowledgable staffs. Waiting time is way less compare to other places. It is a great place once again whoever close to this location can utilize this Medical Imaging centre for their appointments.

I called in to book an ultrasound to the main line for Insight yesterday. I asked for Sherwood Park location but next available appointment was over a month away. So I said I'd drive anywhere for whatever was open within the next 3 weeks. They got me booked today! Next day! And closer to my house. I never even knew this location was here. I showed up just over the 15 mins early they asked. They got me in within minutes. My appointment was for 11am. I was done by 11:09am. My tech was very personable and accommodating as I had to bring a baby with me. I can't say enough good things about how this tech wowed me today. Great service today. Thank you so much.
