Nice owner. Excellence performance

We gave them a chq over 100 days ago and nothing has been started. They say they are moving but I went to their Mississauga location and it looks as if they were more like kicked out. The office is still full of papers cabinets desk and front desk has mail piles on top of it.Do not use them and DO NOT give them any MONEY

I have done custom metal work for bertino kitchens over 6 months ago, I still have not been paid anything and have been getting the runaround for 1958.29$Please pay me and I will remove this reviews-Impact welding.

Very clean and organized. Professional customer service

We used them for a kitchen remodel, they were quick to demolish but behind schedule for all the work required and forced me to wait several days when nobody appeared.They claimed to honour their workmanship and warranty, it took over a year to get someone to look at the issues, acknowledge it is on them and they have not fixed it. Due to some of their poor workmanship with their subs, we have some failures/issues (e.g. not properly cut quartz), electrical not up to code and electrical failures due to improperly installed items.I have sent emails and followed up to sometimes a response to other times no response. Do not use this business as they do not follow through.I have text messages and emails documenting the above.

Bertino has a great team to work with. We had a total kitchen remodeling done in downtown Toronto. They were on time (in fact 2 weeks ahead) and did an amazing installation. Very happy with the quality of materials. The communication throughout the process was prompt. Would not hesitate to hire this team again.

Not a comment on their actual work, but rather the company as a whole. They had me upgrade several computers in their office. The last job was an SSD upgrade and fix up of Windows. Total invoice was $276.85. They have refused to respond to any phone, text or email in 3 months. Cheryl Clark seems to be a common link. She runs her own company, Clark Strategies, and if you look at the reviews there, it's the same. They don't pay. Not to be trusted. Sad they risk losing clients over generally small amounts of money. I can only imagine how many other people she has stolen from.
