Denielle always replys in a timely matter and gets you all the information quick! She works for you and does the best to please you as a buyer! I talked to Denielle on and off for a couple of months about listing while finishing renovations. The renovations took a bit longer than planned, but she was very patient. She even had tips to help out with the sale. There was still odds and ends that needed to be done when we listed, but she took all that into account when taking photos, and going over listing details. She was very understanding when it came to schedules, and always came up with a way for things to work out. I asked a million questions, but she was always there with an answer! She would never put pressure on decision making, but would talk out various options and ultimately everything was the clients choice. From listing to sale it was a smooth process.
