I called them twice asking to set up an appointment to give me a quote on some landscaping and the receptionist told me she passed the request on to whoever was supposed to call me back and that they are swamped. It's been two weeks and I still haven't heard anything from them. I understand you're busy but scheduling appointments with customers who want work done helps.
