Absolutely amazing clinic. Dr.rice is fantastic, kind and easy to talk to, listened to my needs and went beyond to please me.Victoria his nurse was amazing, she was so helpful, charismatic, kind and absolutely lovely ❤️ definitely one of the nicest and relaxed clinics.

Terrible customer service. I reached out months ago for an online consult and sent in photos only to have to chase them for a quote. It’s been 1.5 months and I still haven’t received any sort of quote despite talking to 3x different people of the phone. Waste of time.

Pretty disappointed in my consultation and the communication. My gf told me about this service and how she got 5 areas for 16k (sorry if you read this I still love you girl) and then I went for my consultation and was quoted over 20k for my 3 areas I wanted done. I am 130 pounds, 28 and pretty active. When I showed them my friends bill they told me “we do not price match” so basically, they will charge you whatever they want. I felt like I was being taken advantage of so I am deciding to go with someone else who is a professional. The fact no pricing is on the website should be a red flag. I am now turning to another surgeon in yorkville with clear pricing on his website who does basically the same technique for a lot less and is honest. Good luck all.
