Ernie's Excavating & Septic Service

I was in a pinch - I had left it too late to drain the black/grey water tanks in my travel trailer before putting into storage (Crown RV Storage/Martock) and didn't know what to do. I searched online and found Ernie's Excavation and Septic Service on Old Halifax Road West in Windsor. I called, Ernie answered and he said no problem, swing by the yard around 11h30 and we'll take care of things. I arrived around 11h20 and one of the drivers just pulled into the yard with his truck. I pulled up along side and in no time at all, my tanks were drained and good to go! Amazing, friendly service and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Ernie and his team for any work that you need done.

Poor experience from start to finish. 1 1/2 years of unfinished work with promises to show up and not showing up. $1000 later and the job isn't done and they aren't responding. I would not recommend as they over promise and under deliver.

Called around and Ernie's had the most reasonable price called in the morning to book for next day and they were able to fit us in that afternoon. Their employee was pleasant explained what he was doing and made logical recommendations. Great service and they accept email money transfer.

Called 10 companies and Ernie's was the only one who could help us with our emergency pump out! Arrived a few hours after the call, came to Enfield from Windsor! Chris was very informative and friendly from the moment he parked the truck in our yard. Price was very reasonable, we will definitely be contacting them for our next pump!

I had Ernie's Excavating & Septic Service pump my tank and was very pleased with there service. Eric was super friendly and suggested I instal a adapter on my tank so I wouldn't have to dig it up everytime I get it pumped.( Which I'm planning to do now).Will definitely hire them again to do my tank!!!

Had a major Septic problem , talked to Ernie and he send out Eric who was awesome and emptied the septic tank and fixed the problem, great company with great service , Thanks Ron
