It was such a pleasure to find this gem BnB. Gorgeous house, interesting decor, and the ability to relax in the living room and play records on the turn table was fun. The King room was amazing and such a comfy bed! Robyn and Spencer served a delicious home cooked breakfast in the morning, we couldn’t have asked for more! Thank You

Poor quality breakfast and spartan. Location worth a stop but not an overnight unless you are white water rafting. The falls are worth a half hour stop but nothing else here. Rooms nice but place lacked heart.I find it difficult to understand your response below about being 'proud' of the breakfasts....that definitely wasn't my experience...

Robyn and Spencer were excellent and involved hosts. The rooms were well appointed (loved the toiletries) and spotless. The house is cozy and comfortable with a lovely sitting room for the guests. They checked my dietary restrictions every morning. After day 1, green tea was ready each morning. It's the only place to stay in Grand Falls.

We stayed in Grand Falls for one night on our way back to St John's and had a wonderful experience at Hill Road Manor! Robyn and Spencer were wonderful and attentive hosts. The location was excellent as well, being within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean, well appointed, and aesthetic. The only thing we were missing was some bubble bath. Thanks again!

Thanks very much Robyn for your hospitality during our stay. The Hill Road Manor B&B is a wonderful place, very clean, our room was huge with its own bathroom, very quiet, and breakfast was delicious. Robyn made an excellent suggestion for supper which was only a couple of minutes away. Wish you all the best.

Robyn was a wonderful host and upgraded us to the King suite:) Comfortable bed and lovey old house with plenty of charm and character. Clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good.

A wonderful B&B with excellent hosts. I was arriving a couple of hours early and told the owner/operator, Robyn. She responded immediately and arranged for the room to be ready, and she was waiting for me when I arrived. The breakfast is excellent. Next time I'm in Grand Falls-Windsor I would definitely stay here!
