Pine Grove Veterinary Hospital

Brought my new puppy and two cats to Pine Grove, and the staff is so courteous, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. Dr Allin is great, and advocates for your pet through informed care. All of my animals were very comfortable throughout the experience

Most staff was terrifically supportive. The vet tech was very upsetting, making jokes and causing doubts about our decision to have our sweet fur baby put down after 19.5 terrific years

Not a good experience. Not helpful and would barely look at my animal when sick. More talking than actually treating/helping. The bill was very high for what they did. Looking for another place

Friendly compassionate and comfortable surroundings. They care about your pets future health, to stop long term ailments.

A great visit today for BIscuits (15 month old Golden Doodle) check up and vaccines. The Staff are very friendly and really care about both of our pets.

Was always very satisfied with the care our cat received but have a very unpleasant experience in regards to customer service reaently.Booked an appointment 2 days ago, vets requested I give the cat something to calm her down prior to visit.Asked for a refill but made it clear that I had enough left to give her for this visit.Go to bring her morning of appointment and get a text from them saying they have cancelled the visit because I didn't pick up the pills prior to the visit even tho I told them I had enough for this visit. I took a day off work to accommodate the trip to the vet and they cancelled it a hour before the appointment with no effort to make amends.

The vet team was very kind with us and our sweet Pepper. They helped us get her all fixed up so she stays in perfect health

All of the staff were fantastic with my 2 golden retrievers. They assisted me while each one of my guys were being examined by the veterinarian. The facility is clean, easy to get to (close to the hwy) and is AAHA accredited. I had an overall great experience!

I would love to commemorate and champion the Pine Grove Veterinary Hospital team. The day I had to bring in Mack my dog was a very depressing day. That day I brought Mack in for what I thought was pain control , but after speaking with Dr Ines Allin, we both knew that this visit was different. After doing a comprehensive quality of live checklist it was evident that the most compassionate thing that I could do for Mack was to say good by and accept my decision. Mack was a medical rescue, a cardiac dog who was given 6 months to live, but with a good Vet, Dr. Ines Allin and a great Pine Grove team I was blessed to have Mack for another 5 years. Dr. Allin remained with me throughout the procedure but gave me my space when it was time to grieve. The team came in with great compassion and care gave me options for Mack's post life cremation. Its all about the culture and the team that makes a responsible and rewarding practice! With love, Mack and I say thank you for all that you do. Keep up the care and compassion, it means everything !!
