Great pharmacy with a variety of things to get that you need. The pharmacists are very accommodating and they give you a pager if ever you need to wait, they also give great advice if you're looking for something specific.

I used to always get my medications delivered. This month - I received nothing. I assumed positive intent and thought they would arrive the next day but when they didn't - I called the next business day to inform them. As soon as I informed them of the missing medications, I was treated like a thief. Even when speaking with Fernanda Civitella, her voice had so much disdain for me, she even said : I have more faith in my driver so I don't believe you"All in all

I had an extremely stressful and negative experience once, to say the least, where I was not able to receive my medication that I had been purchasing monthly for years due to a SNAFU. Despite spending a week calling my doctor, his secretary, this pharmacy, and having everyone confirm that there were no mistakes, making multiple trips to the pharmacy after having my perscription order confirmed with this Pharmacy by phone, I was refused the medication that I needed urgently when I arrived in person. This isnt even the end of this issue.Hopefully this never happens again.I have otherwise been going here for years, and everyone has been as nice and helpful as anyone could expect

I’ve been a client at this pharmaprix for a very long time. The manager of cosmetics always helps me find what I’m looking for, no matter what the product is. I’m always greeted with kindness. Best pharmaprix i’ve shopped at! Thank you for the amazing service

Rude service. Was buying claritin, handed my optimum card and optimum credit card and the cashier looked at me and said no, we don't give points for any DIN items. i know this isn't true and said fine

They tell you to wait 15min at pharmacy to get your prescription, but often you have to wait 45. However, the store itself is always clean and well taken care of

Today I went AS USUAL to spend about $150.00 (my husband spends 500 + a month just in diabetic supplies). I went to look at Joe Fresh “jewelry” and the cosmetic counter CALLED a person to come watch me and he followed me through the ENTIRE store. I go every week for our needs and I’m a working professional.. why .. why would someone treat someone with such disregard? Unprofessional and causes people unnecessary stress and embarrassment. It’s sad bc the pharmacy section there (especially the young women) have always been super kind/polite. I updated my review from 1 to 2 stars bc I do not want to penalize the entire store.

Great pharmacy, the staff behind the counter are always polite and courteous and always willing to help.
