Friendly and helpful staff. The service department is excellent at completing repairs/inspections/detailing in a timely manner. The service team made sure to answer any questions I had. I was offered refreshment while I was waiting for the work to be completed on my car. I am very happy with Northside Nissan and would recommend this business to anyone!

I had, by far, the best car buying experience with Northside Nissan! I live 3+ hours away from this dealership and have zero regrets driving all that way to purchase my new car! Everyone that I dealt with (Benjamin, Stef, Seville and Chase) were so friendly, professional and honest that it made the decision to go with Northside Nissan a very easy one. Initially I would have preferred to purchase locally, but most of the other dealerships I dealt with utilized high pressure sales, were not willing to negotiate, or were dishonest and it was such a turn off. It was very refreshing to deal with the team at Northside Nissan because they were so friendly, laid back, transparent, and utilized low-pressure sales. The day of the purchase, I drove up in my trade-in with my parents and my 5 year old twins, and the staff there treated my parents and kids so well!
