Gigantic MEC store. 2 sprawling floors of gear and, supplies and apparel. Very clean and modern. Knowledgeable staff to assist with your needs. This location reminded me of the Queen Street W location in Toronto however, I think it's larger.

Great store for the outdoorsy types. Pricey but good quality outdoorswear for all seasons. Members only, though membership is inexpensive.

Generally satisfied with their service and products, although this time I definitely was not. Wanted a discount on sunglasses that went on sale a month after I bought them. Clerk said he could not do it due to the 30 days" policy. I ask for a supervisor

I had a great experience here at MEC the other day. i found everything i needed and am so proud. it is indeed a bit pricey but i needed specific things that i didn’t know where else to find. i definitely recommend and will be coming back soon enough.

Bought winter boots 4 months ago. $170 that have cracked open in the front. They said they had many issues with this boot that should last 3-4 years. Gave me a store credit. for $170 so I got a new pair. That is spectacular customer service!

Excellent shop for everything mountain related. The place is pretty big, so there is a lot of choices in the products. Staff was very helpful.

Prices are high, but theres a vast possibilities of choices for many articles, so you have the choices withtin their price range. Some MEC products are pretty high price for the quality, look out.
