Truly professional!! I met with Todd in the store and found him very imfromative, helpful and professional. He arranged to have the rail rubbers and felt replaced and had his installers come out to do the final install, level and table felt installation in home. Jeff and his partner were extremely professional and clearly had the experience, knowledge and equipment to do the job right. Thoroughly pleased with all dealings with Sanders. Highly recommend them for sales, sevice and installations.

We just had our pool table delivered and setup and I want to thank Sanders for their excellent service. If you have questions about pool tables, cues, darts, or anything else Sanders sells you definitely need to speak to Todd. I could not get over just how much information Todd knew about everything from the table, cues and the darts we purchased. He told us things I would never have thought of. It was a pleasure to speak with someone who you knew was not just telling you stuff you wanted to hear but had knowledge of the products he was selling. The other thing that really impressed me was he never tried to upsell me. I would ask about a product and he would say “ You don’t need that” . We went in with buying a cue on our mind. Todd was awesome. Didn't try to oversell. I had a few questions and he knew all the answers plus gave me info I could take with me to the game. Also they had some beautiful tables on display. Great place to buy your accessories. Thanks Todd.

Great experience!Had a terrible experience with another shop that I hired to move and reassemble an old family table. Found Sanders in a panic and they genuinely cared and listened to the situation. Ended up getting the table reassembled and updated with new felt and rails.Gentleman in store is upfront and easy to deal with!Service team was courteous and great to deal with!Won't bother going anywhere else!Thanks gents!

We just had our snooker table recovered and levelled by Sanders we dealt with Jeff, Todd and Tyler all amazing people very prompt and did an amazing job on our old table making it look like new can’t say enough about these guys. Highly recommend them.
