We were so happy with Barry and his team. Barry entertained the kids all night long with different games, dancing. Everyone was on the dance floor. We had so much fun. I would highly recommend Barry for your next Party!! Did not disappoint.

You can’t have a wedding or event without Cherry Tree Productions and Barry Kay! Honestly, we had people coming up to us the entire night telling us it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and asking who Barry and his team were because they thought they were amazing! He is your DJ, Hype Man, Coordinator, Planner, and De-Stresser all in one! I would hire him ten times over as he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Coming back from covid, we were both excited yet nervous for large celebrations. Our daughter had one of the first bat-mitzvahs back and perhaps the first large bat-mitzvah party allowed in Winnipeg at the time.Barry and his team melted away 2 years of hesitation and isolation in a few minutes and had us all doing the hora, dance competitions giving speeches and playing games all night long. They made this normally stressful event and in our case extra stressful time just flow from beginning to end.Thanks Barry for all the great work, advice and planning.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Cherry Tree Productions - Barry Kay, Kim and his crew at our recent Cardiovascular Conference hosted by our department which took place at The Fort Garry Hotel earlier this month.I was very impressed by how Cherry Tree Productions was able to very well manage the AV for our entire conference, which was a huge job. The conference was 3 days with 4 different sessions of presentations in 4 different rooms running at the exact same time. Barry and his team were completely up for the challenge and they went above and beyond to make sure that each presentation (140 in 3 days) ran smoothly from downloading the presentations and ensuring that the PowerPoint ran properly and that it was the correct size for the screens, I truly believe that no other company would have gone the extra mile and above and beyond. Barry’s crew’s attention to detail was impressive and his staff was not only dressed professional but were super kind and helpful. The equipment/technology was amazing and the screens they provided for specially the Gala Ballroom was insane and was exactly what we wanted.I especially was very impressed with Barry’s energy and ability to get the crowd excited and dancing for them to truly enjoy their experience at our Awards Gala Dinner on the very last night. Barry was able to literally get everyone out of their seats and started a train, guiding everyone to the dance floor, even Mayor Bowan and his wife Tracy Bowman were excited to part take in Barry’s huge efforts to get everyone up and excited.I would highly recommend Barry Kay and his team to provide the audio visual and entertainment for your upcoming event.

I have taken a little time to write this review. I wanted time to absorb the wonderful spectacle that was my wedding.For me it was very hard to be a groom as I am a wedding professional myself. I run a wedding entertainment company and often am called upon to MC at weddings and events. So I thought long and hard about what I wanted. I asked Barry Kay from Cherry Tree Productions to be my MC. He and his wife Kim put together a program that was second to none. Fun and fast and full of laughter and excitement.My family and friends could feel the warmth and joy that Barry and Kim put into my wedding to my extraordinary wife.I would recommend Barry in a heartbeat.Thank you Barry and Kim. You made our night amazing!

It was a wonderful experience planning our event with Barry. His knowledge and expertise in music and creating a party atmosphere can't be beat! He created a photo journey that was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. The Selfie Station was excellent! We had photos of all of our guests having a great time. Barry knows how to get everyone up, moving and staying out on the dance floor!

We performed at a huge community event in Winnipeg, and the experience working with Barry and the team was great!The attention to detail, the professional communication (from planning phases to event), having everything ready to go when we arrived for sound check, all exceeded our expectations.We even got to see Barry's MC skills in action as he kept everyone engaged while the different performers took the stage.As a touring band we work with a lot of production companies, and we highly recommend Cherry Tree!

Barry is an unforgettable host that provides such a unique experience for guests! From the initial consultation he was very caring and accommodating. Plus, he creates such a fun and interactive experience like I've never seen before. He has this magical way of getting literally everyone up on the dance floor! Recently we had a wedding in Kenora, Ontario and Barry and his wife Kimmy did the DJ and MC portion for our event. Barry was so great to work with from start to finish. He was easy going and fun and was a great addition to our wedding celebration! He got the crowd on the dance floor and kept them there all night long. He went with the flow with a few changes last minute and he never made us feel stressed. Everything from the ceremony music, grand entrances, newly game and the reception music it was all awesome!
