La Senza

Well if i could give 0 stars i would. I ordered online to play the safe card and avoid going to the mall. My items still haven't arrived, nearly a month later. Tracking stopped updating over a week ago, which was when it was supposed to be delivered. C'mon, 21 days in transit?! I emailed customer service a couple times and they fail to respond. So here i am.

I have never had a good experience at this location, but out of necessity I needed to find a certain bra. Today made all the difference. I was kindly greeted by Naomi who went above and beyond to help me in every possible way. She was knowledgeable, courteous, patient and eager to provide me with outstanding customer service.

Super friendly helpful staff, great selection. Melissa provided above & beyond excellent customer service, so good I had to write a review to say so!

Had a fantastic visit to La Senza. Went there, walked in and was quickly greeted by a friendly face (Katie). She asked what I needed and then measured me to ensure the best success. I found some pieces I wanted and tried them on. After I did, I was helped further and made my purchase. At the till the girl ensured I got the best deal and I walked out of there a very happy customer. Would highly recommend!

I walked in three people working from what I seen. Not one person made eye contact with me as I walked around the store. Had a hand full of items I had to try on, waited at the change room for about two mins. Finally had a lady come out from the back finished putting her sweater on then said you need a change room? Yes please. In the change room she doesn’t come back to check on me at all. I did find a couple items I liked. Went back out front. Again not one person made eye contact, I put my items down and almost left in tears. Terrible place to shop.

I was at this location today to shop for some bras. I’ve recently gone up a bit in size and needed to get some better fitting bras. I believe the lady who helped me is named Rachel. She measured me and told me my size and asked what kind of bras I was looking for. She pointed me to the exact styles I was looking for. While I was shopping she checked in with me. She took me to the fitting rooms to try them on and they all fit like a dream. After, I was looking at underwear, and she told me that matching undies for the bras I had decided to buy were on sale as well. They were a bit more expensive than the ones I was looking at but I was interested in having matching sets. She took me over to that table and pulled out the undies that matches my bras in my size. I didn’t have to go through the table looking for them. I truly felt like I was the only customer in the store (even though she was giving exceptional service to all of the other customers there). I have never had such an easy and efficient experience shopping for under garments. Thank you so much Rachel!

Friendly staff, clean store. Me and my daughter were helped by an especially helpful sales associate named Emily the other day and was such a fun shopping experience. She even recommended to get the lasenza club card - which we did - and it's been getting us discounts since! Thank you!!!

I drove from the Kootenays to get here. The hours posted were wrong.

Since the kamloops store closed I've had to make a trip every year or two to this store and they are always super helpful. They truly have their customers best interest in mind and are always a step ahead! Thank you Shelby who helped me find what I needed so fast, and so kind as I was on a time crunch. Thank you to this store for always having such a great positive attitude!
