Swiss Chalet
Start off with saying the food was very salty. The sprit tasted like bubble water. My son ordered pizza and rice.. he got rice with a whole pizza on top.. for desert they had a delicious looking super sundae with chocolate drizzle on the menu.. I ordered it and got yellow ICECREAM topped off with only whipped cream. When we asked why there’s no chocolate drizzle the waitress held her breath and took it to the back and drizzled the chocolate sauce all over the whipped cream… then when I went to pay she gave me really nasty look and walked away throwing my receipt off onto someone else’s table.I don’t remember her name but good luck if you get her as your waiter. No happy with my experience. I left very upset.

Good food, with no quality control. Not happy. I think they left half of the half chicken dinner in the fryer. I'll be going in to complain because no one is answering their phone.

This used to be one of my favorite places, and I was told this location was really good. I came in with 2 other people at 8:30 on the understanding the location closed at 10:00. It took over an hour to get our main course despite being 1 of 4 tables. Our waitress seemed annoyed with us the entire time we were there. After eating for maybe 10 minutes, we get told they were closed. This location apparently closes at 9 now. Google says 10. Swiss Chalet's website says 10. The only place that says 9 is the small sign on the door no one looks at, where the 10 was covered by white stickers. The woman who seated us did not tell us they closed in half an hour. We would have went somewhere else if we knew. Instead we just got bad service and had no idea why until just before we left. I got no sauce with my chicken. Despite having 3 people, we got 2 sets of cutlery. The waitress avoided us as much as she could. The food was still decent. But the green tape on the menu to hide the cheaper prices was pretty tacky.

We were very disappointed in the new VERY small location. After waiting for 30 min for a table for 5 adults (only 2 in the restaurant big enough without elbowing your neighbor) we finally left without eating. The staff person in front made no effort to let us know how long or even talk to us after the initial entry. The seat to sit and wait for a table was only big enough for 2 people, so 3 of us stood in doorway.We have been going to the previous location of Swiss Chalet with larger groups for over 30 years and always had a comfortable table and enjoyed the food.We ended up going elsewhere and giving them our $200.00Unfortunately we Will NOT return to this restaurant.

We had lunch with my family and I can say that the place was small but it is well managed by the staff . The inside was so clean and all the staff are walking around willing to help if you need something. They were also very knowledgeable about their menu and always wear their smile even if it was so busy. Roy and his co workers are exceptional and they're also very friendly. Food serving was fast even if the restaurant was full today, and the food itself was good! Recommended!

The food, service and atmosphere ratings speak for themselves. Beautiful new restaurant. Phone kept ringing. That was super unpleasent. Our waitress was unbelievable. She has no care in the world. Just kept making herself look busy rather than ask us how our food was. Or ask if we needed anything. I had to ask for sugar and milk for my tea. We did not have cutlery, my dad grabbed some off of another table that was prepped. I wanted dessert and asked for a menu and she gave me one covered in food it was so gross. Took her a while to come back and when she did I said no and asked for the bill.

We had the best experience here. I had my 92 year old mom with me and first the hostess opened the door for us when she seen us coming. I have never had any restaurant staff do that. Top rate.... Then we had the best waitress Alisa A. She was so attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. Finally, the food was great. Good job Chefs. I will definitely be telling my friends to go here. Thanks to all the staff

Swiss Chalet
This new Swiss Chalet is great. It's conveniently located, has great food, wonderful service, and it's comfortable. We will definitely be making a return! The only complaint was that the coleslaw was soggy. It tasted good, but yeah, it was a bit soggy for my liking.
