The gentleman operating this shop is out of this world amazing!! His customer service skills are impeccable!! Since my order he has contacted me twice to apologize and inform me about my order taking longer! It’s only been maybe a week since I placed the order and he is going above and beyond to get my son his purchase….I had never heard of this shop before last week, and I can proudly say i will be a return shopper!!!

Best Shop in town... we travelled 4 hours to go visit Steelhead. Was greeted with friendly and helpful customer service. The shop from the outside looks pretty simple but you walk in and it is a veritable rainbow of scooters and scooter parts the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. Very clean and inviting. The customer experience you getwith Steelhead is the best whether its an online order or in person. We will for sure be making the trip again!

So many good stories. The owner Chris is knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to selecting complete scooters or parts. This is especially appreciated since as parents its hard to know exactly what our little riders need and with the selection available it can be overwhelming. He is also super supportive of the team riders and wants to build a community.This shop also carries a ton of parts and buying online is pretty straightforward.Glad we learned about SSS and have been so happy with our many purchases and service received.
