They were great! I had a bit of a covid test emergency as I required one prior to surgery. They were so quick, polite, and pleasantly efficient. I was in and out in a matter of 10 mins…actually less than that. Thank you so much for your help.

The front desk was horrible. As well as Doctor. Doctor charged me 40 dollars and did nothing. He said there is nothing I can do for you. Please not that I just got a simple cold (I had negative covid test). I am sorry for them. BTW, I had an appointment around 3:30, but the Doctor visited me around 4:15. Even junior medical students know more than the doctors in this medical centre.

Extremely unprofessional. I scheduled an express COVID test, but when I arrived at the clinic, there was no one at the front desk. Why bother have a front desk if no one is going to assist clients? This was a first since I've never been to a clinic where there was no one at the front desk. I waited at the front desk for at least ten minutes before having to walk around the clinic in SEARCH of someone to help me. I then found a doctor to take the test for me and didn’t ask any question like whether or not I had any symptoms, travelled, my reasoning for taking the test, etc.. She got me to leave after she took my COVID test. I went to North York General after that test to take another just in case. Thank god we went because the test from this clinic returned a false negative. I could have put so many people in risk if we hadn't gone to the other hospital to take the test. This clinic takes no responsibility and never returns phone calls. This entire situation has been nothing but frustrating, and I believe that $140 was simply wasted. I understand that false negatives are possible, but keep in mind that I took the two tests 20 minutes apart. Why was only one test accurate while the one I paid for was inaccurate?

The receptionist was rude and used skeezy sale tactics for customer retention. The Neurologist booked an online appointment that would cost approx 2500 for an assessment that REQUIRES inperson care. The psychotherapist was unempathetic and robotic. I work in health care and am very sad to see an establishment like this.

The place is a little bit sloppy. No receipt printer and Front desk would not pick-up your calls, so you gotta visit the place in person if you need some extra assistance. The nurse staff is nice.

Such an unorganized Clinic!There was no one there to direct patients, so doc was doing picking next customer!Waiting in line for a Covid test, the Philippino doc behaved so rude and unprofessional when I politely remind him who is next in the list!!

I started seeing Dr. Zatsmam about 8 years ago after my other family doctor for decades retired. I was worried I wouldn't get the same care or attention. Well I was wrong, the staff are amazing and answer any questions asked and Dr. Zatzman is a great doctor who listens and truly cares and tries to help. I would recommend him anytime.

Very unprofessional staff from the receptionist to the nurse and doctors. The doc takes me into the into my appointment room and they bring in a stranger with me to the same room. Without any confirmation with me or the other individual they assumed he was with me. Like really you don’t ask someone and while the doc and nurse were at the room kept asking all my personal info this third person was just sitting and listening.no client privacy and no client confidentiality. Never ever go to this clinic.

Dr Zatzman is an amazing Dr! He holds a good balance between giving patients the time they need without feeling rushed and keeping things flowing so appointments are kept on schedule. He doesnt double and triple book like most drs. The staff at the front desk are friendly too

Horrible front desk staff . Never greets the patients , always one word replies , never looks up . Would not hand me a disposable face mask for my appointment and told me to walk across the street and buy some and come back . Imagine if this is the way they speak to the elderly . Doctor is great though , no complaints . Just try and avoid the front desk people .
