Spent 1-hour on the phone with a Metroline staff in Kitchener and finally qualified for an online research, she promised that a confirmation will be sent on the same day, but nothing receive after 2 days. I called twice to follow up, no one answer nor reply my email. This research as per the staff runs for 4-day so I have to prearrange my other works. Such a BIG waste of my time.

Very nice staff but overall disappointing experience. After many phone calls I finally thought I qualified for a study and was promised $225 for my time, but only received $50 almost 4 weeks later. Followed up and was told that the client had retroactively decided I wasn't what they were looking for. Had to fight for an additional $50. Don't waste your time being coerced out of your personal information here.Metroline - screen your clients and participants more thoroughly and tell them up front if they won't be compensated the full amount!
