WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE-EVER! Buyer Beware!I purchased a Truxedo Roof Rack system for my Ford Maverick. Box 1 of 2 arrived promptly. Box 2 was lost in shipment by FedEx. I understand this wasn’t the company’s fault, however, there is no phone number where a human can be reached, and email response time is laughable. Expect to wait at least a week for any response. Second box arrived over 2 weeks later, damaged and with another persons shipping info attached as well as mine, so obvious a returned product.Almost 2 weeks later, company finally responded and arranged for the return to be shipped back for a full refund. Item was picked up by CanPar, and I have heard nothing from the company despite numerous emails. I now have no product, and I am out almost $1400!I have been more than patient, but this is ridiculous. Buyer beware from this company, they need to seriously re evaluate their customer interactions moving forward. I never write bad reviews, but being out so much money has prompted me to have no other choice.

I ordered a 2022 Tundra Bedstep. Although the product was initially unavailable the service and communications were excellent and the product quality and installation instructions exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the entire AutoEQ team.

So far no issues. Order arrived on time and in new condition. Price was the best I could find on this particular product. I forgot to include the promo code on my order and emailed them. They gave me another code for my next order. Communication was excellent. I was a little leary after I ordered and read all the problems. I have to think that Covid caused a lot of issues and they're just trying to get back up and running again. Will order from this company again.

I purchased the FormFit OEM Style Hood Protector for my 2016 Honda Pilot Touring AWD. Look no further, this is better than the OEM you get from the dealer. First of all delivery came within a week. Package came with installation instructions. No drilling required. Took half hour to install. You can barely notice it, it's there. Better looking, low profile. Plus it's much cheaper. Customer support was fantastic and I highly recommend doing business with them. I believe it will fit all 2016 to 2020 Honda Pilot. Thanks AutoEQ, Ed.

Hey google and everyone , this website is fake, I purchased a BAKFLIP MX4 HARD FOLDING TONNEAU COVER - FORD F-150,with my credit card, they emailed me said my shipping address and bill address is not same , they want me buy it again, but I asking them give me my refund first, they emailed me said they did the order refund, also show on the website my account, but I didn’t receive it. I was email to them asking when I will get it , they stop response my emails. I was check there local shop address, it is showing at Ontario, they have lot of bad reviews on google map reviews , the people have same story about did get the refun. I don’t know why google give this website a top recommendation?

Shipping is fast and you get what you want BUT BUYER BEWARE. you better hope you dont change your mind or need to return something because you will get ghosted. I sent a request to do an exchange. nothing. filled out a return request. nothing. sent another message today and im not holding my breath. will amend the review if they fix this.

Purchased the BAKFlip MX4 Hard Folding Tonneau Cover (Open Box) for my brand new 2022 F150. I was a bit nervous ordering an open box based on previous reviews. However, I couldn’t say no as it saved me a few hundred bucks. Product arrived without issue and was exactly as advertised. Was packaged very well and contained all original pieces along with instructions. Would definitely order from them again.

I found the lowest price for my Truxedo Lo Pro tonneau cover on AutoEQ. Delivery was exceptional (as advertised within 2 days) and free of charge. Excellent customer service. Would not hesitate to shop here again.

Ordered a Bak revolver x4s cover for my truck shipping was extremely fast and the cover was excellent. The weather was extremely cold when I closed the top the one day and the plastic end cap broke off. I sent 2 emails and phoned them twice and never did get a response back from customer service . I phoned Bak industries and they sent out the parts right away. Auto eq needs to improve there customer service.
