I bought a muffler for my Toyota that has a hole in less than two yeas and they won't help me with warranty because I misplaced my receipt. I understand the error on my behalf. They don't keep records of customer purchases in their computer system, which I find odd, as most businesses input customer information into their system. I won't buy anything from a Napa store in the near or distant future.

The staff are very knowledgeable and the prices are comparable to prices you’d find online. They have a good stock I’ve only had to order something in once in all the times I’ve gone here and even then it only took a couple days for the part to arrive.
