The hotel was really nice. The room was clean, comfortable and really big. We also had a great view of the lake. Thank you to Jake for the great service!

The room was very nice, especially for the low price. the staff was excellent, some of the best service I've ever had. Definitely the place to stay if you're in Grimsby.

Room smells like old man cologne, almost everything in the room is dated and falling apart. No microwave in room, no breakfast. For the price, I'd rather stay at Quality Inn. The location is the only good thing about this place

This poor excuse of a hotel had a leaking toilet and a bathtub that does not drain. The staff was rude. They charged for water. People came down to the front desk multiple times to complain due to poor service. The icing on top is the wifi did not work.I would recommend this to people who crave bad experiences.

It is well located between GTA and the Niagara region. The value is good with reasonable room and restaurant prices. The hotel, however is very dated and in need of some repairs.Ladies in the bar were super friendly and the food was very good bar fare.

The hotel had an old world feel and an amazing view. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the bed and had the best sleep I have had in a while !!

Avoid this place at all cost. Horrible, dirty and outdated. The pool was not in working order when we arrived which was super disappointing to begin with. The wifi Didn’t work our entire 3 day stay either. The room itself was very dirty and unsanitary. The carpets were appallingly dirty and stained. There’s a musty smell everywhere because of the carpet and I can’t stress this enough, it was SO HOT. There’s no ac units in the rooms like u would normally find in a hotel. Terrible stay, very costly and I Would never return here even if it was free.

My short stay at the hotel was amazing! The staff were very nice and the rooms were extremely clean. The AC worked perfectly and the view was awesome! I would highly recommend this hotel.

I found the accommodations very suitable, and very welcoming staff. The rooms were very comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was awesome. The location is also great right by the water. I definitely recommend staying here!

We went back here 20 years after being engaged and actually had our wedding there. The service was excellent and very genuine which is very hard to find these days. The room clean, with a great view. Highly recommended.
