Epta Fine Custom Homes
EPTA PROPERTIES LTD DOES NOT PAY ITS SUBCONTRACTORS.They are refusing to honor the accounts of various subcontractors in their project on Hastings and Madison. We are one of those subcontractors. The work was done on time and on short notice and completed in May of 2015.Despite numerous emails and phone messages, which they have repeatedly refused to acknowledge, the amount owing remains outstanding.Approximately 3weeks ago they assured us the account would be settled by August 5th. They reneged on this assurance and are again refusing to respond in order to settle this account.
