In early 2020, my fiance and I were looking to purchase a home together. We both owned our own homes, lived separately, and lived at different sections of the city.We were blending families and had a very specific list of needs.We also had a not too flexible time frame due to having multiple children in multiple different schools.Sean and Ryan took all this information and presented us with a solid game plan. They made recommendations on what upgrades we could immediately finish, presented a list of areas to purchase that best suited our needs and presented a time-line strategy on when best to sell/purchase.Sean and Ryan's presentation helped us forsee and understand the process we'd all be involved in, even with possible hiccups/delays. And in the end, everything came together as we'd all hoped.What impressed my fiance the most was the small things Sean and Ryan would do during this process. Not only did they run around getting us the necessary information/documents, emails and phone numbers, but they also took the time to make sure the us and the kids were OK (grabbing a pizza, some dessert) during the times we were renovating or when they were showing the home. Sean Kirady and the team at ReMax were great! Specifically Kyle Marriot! Kyle is well versed with the current market, familiar with military moves, recommended resources that were also familiar with military relocation. Kyle brought us around the city and pointed out charming attractions, areas to avoid and areas that were great for our needs.
