La pire concessionnaire auto avec qui j’ai fait affaire, livrer un véhicule avec pneus différents inspections pas faits….. et bien d’autres choses vraiment déçu de cet endroit

Great dealer, bought a 2016 Genesis coupe in July of 2020. Waited a few months to leave a review and I have to say I enjoy the car very much. Came with new brakes. Engine bay, interior and everything was squeaky clean. Not a single spec of dust. Sales Rep also let me test drive the car even when I told them I barely knew how to drive a manual. After the sale, one of the service agents noticed the key fob battery was dead and quickly replaced it. I was also nervous to drive it out the lot so they also gladly moved the car to a safer place where I can take off with ease despite my minimal knowledge of driving a manual. Great service, would definitely buy again! 20/10!

I was really interested in one of their cars( hyndai veloster 2013) in december 2020, I made two calls in two days to get more information about the car , every time the guy was responsible there answered me so unfriendly and in a rush,he told me the price is unnegotiable(which is ok) ,and I can not have test drive because they do not have winter tires( which is weird thing for a dealer!) and hang up the phone while I did not finished my speak! despite of his unprofessional behavior I set an appointment to visit the car for 10 a.m. I drove about 45 min from west Island of montreal to get there and visit the car and see if everything is ok, buy it. but the dealer was close!! I made a call ,same person answered me that, you were not sure that you want to buy the car and I am not even close there to come and show you the car, come back another day and then hung up the phone!!So disrespectful and unprofessional behaviors.

Automobile pas en ordre, dis avoir que les freins à changer mais finalement beaucoup plus que ça.. et ne veut coopérer par la suite pour faire un bon service apres-vente. Vraiment dommage mais je ne conseille pas.

Mon changement d'avis est pour mon conseillé aux ventes Monsieur Denis Roy. C'est grâce à lui si j'ai été remboursé en totalité pour les réparations négligées de leur technicien. Comme quoi un essai routier est la clé pour éviter de tels négligences. Je dois assumer les frais de remplacement d'une barre stabilisatrice avant droite que j'ai aussi découvert en roulant avec le véhicule. Le processus de remboursement a été long mais j'ai mis le même temps pour changer mon avis... J'ai dû être dur et tenace. Ma crédibilité venait de mon expérience de 15 ans dans le domaine du service technique automobile (véhicules d'occasions)Malgré que je sois une femme, faire mieux que la gente masculine m'a donné une petite tape sur l'épaule (good job)... Dans tous bons commerces, les erreurs se paient à l'interne et non à même votre portefeuille. Si vous allez rendre une visite au 17495 Val d'Espoir demandez Denis Roy, seul lui a su combler mon insatisfaction. Il dépasse largement les compétences de ses patrons.Merci Denis. Je vous en suis très reconnaissante.

My friend was looking for a daily driver as he wanted to store his 2016 BMW M4 to reduce mileage accumulated.We called and advised that we wish to take a look at a 2013 Mercedes C350 coupe he had in his possession. My friend advise he would like to see it and we would be traveling from Toronto to Quebec to see it before we would make the trip. The business agreed and advised he will wait until 4pm. We decided to make the trip base on his understand and commitment that we were traveling from far away.We kept the business updated on our location and ETA every 2 hours to ensure we were on route and serious buyers. We updated him at approximately 100 pm and 350 pm of our ETA and location. During each conversation on the phone he did not appear to object or raised a concern.Upon arrival to the business was closed and the owner or employee was not on site. If the owner was unwilling to wait as he agreed we would not have driven over 5 hours and over 500 km each way. He could have just told us he was unwilling to wait for us from the first conversation and we would have carried with another dealership.I would be highly concerned over the quality of the used vehicles from this dealership. Integrity is a very important part of operating a business and this business lacks any of it.This review is written as we wasted 10 hours of our day driving over 1000 km in attempt to visit this business.Avoid this business at all cost.BW
