Very impressed! Stopped in this morning to have my watch battery replaced. I was greeted with professional courtesy. When I came back in under 10 minutes, my battery was replaced, the watch was polished and set to the time and date. I was even shown the packaging of the Swiss made battery and the life expectancy. I will be back, and with other repairs as well.

Amazing! The owner was a joy fixed 3 watches amd shortened my band on one in about 30mins and only charged $50 so worth it, would recommend. The owner was such a lovely man to speak with and he has such beautiful jewelry pieces in the store.

i came in to have my battery replaced. He took the watch and examined it and said to just wait 10 minutes. I then asked if he services watches to which he said the entire cost for battery replacement and service was $60 in cash, greater value since the battery alone would cost $28. I agreed and then he said it would take more time so best to just come back the next day with the payment and find out he didn't even do anything with the watch. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time.
