Fountain Tire

Robert Green invited the local D.O.T officer to do a inspection on my semi truck. They flagged everything from my suspension to my fuel tanks that did not leak. Then I had a tow truck show up to tow me away. Well Robert attempted to intimidate the drive by telling him he needed pictures of my truck on a flat the name of the driver and company name of the business towing my truck out of Canada. The driver told Green off. Green walked back to the front desk and called the local D.O.T officer again. After 3 brackets 2 air bags I took my truck to get a inspection done in Oregon well it passed. On my next trip to Alaska I stopped by Hope B.C and had another inspection done it passed fine. The technician in hope laughed when I showed him Fountains report and said this is a joke. No the fuel tanks don't need to be changed yes they are damaged but that's cosmetics it dosen't leak the sleeper is damaged but secured tightly and it's legal. My suspension is D.O.T approved so NO it doesn't need to be taken out the 5th wheel dosen't have any play so basically Robert was a puppet. Call me Robert if I'm mistaken you have my number

When we called ahead the get help to see if we could find a common tire size for a holiday trailer they were rude and did want to help us. I quote I have a customer standing in front of me and I can't help you

Everyone is so patient, friendly, and informative.My winter tire change was done in a swift and reliable manner, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out it only costs $40 to store all 4 of my regular tires (other companies charge more than $100). I would recommend this place to anyone who wants amazing customer service with more than fair prices!

Incredible customer service. Was put in a bad situation by Canadian Tire when they didn’t honour an appointment that was booked three days prior. Understood the situation I was in and took us in immediately. Would highly recommend for any service work you need on your vehicle. Thank you!
