Many major shoe brands at competitive prices. Only complaint is the store inventory system are often incorrect and will show a product available when the store cannot find it.

I had the pleasure of shopping in this store. Jay is the store manager, and I cannot say enough great things about him! He was SO nice, SO helpful and SO caring to make sure I was happy with the purchase of my Uggs. I feel that he went out of his way to really help me and this is a store experience I would not forget. The service we received today from Jay was AMAZING. Jay is probably one of the most patient person I have ever met when it comes to doing his job! He explained the difference in brands, leather, sizes and went back and forth offering options and else. The size was not available so he ordered online for us and gave us all the options. We were so satisfied with his customer service that asked to speak to the manager and turned out he was the manager himself! Thanks Jay for the excellent service today!

I've been to this location 3 times now in attempt to purchase a new pair of shoes. The store is clean and spacious, the staff are friendly and helpful, but I am stunned by how few mens shoes they actually have in stock. It's one thing to have a variety of shoes on display, but when it comes to trying them on there are few to none available. I wanted to try on two different pairs of shoes and were told that only size 7 and 12 were available. This seems like a very strange problem for a shoe store to have, considering most people are not on either end of this vast sizing spectrum.This is not just a one time occurrence, either. I simply cannot purchase a new pair of shoes in any of the 3 SoftMoc locations I have been to this month.

I purchased two pairs of shoes and my service was a 10/10! The manager (Jay) and the assistant manager (Karla) assisted me from beginning to end and they were very informative when it came to helping me pick the right shoes for me. They were also able to answer any questions that I asked and I can’t thank them enough for their service. I’m definitely going back!
