Fastfrate

Absolute worst service ever. I will never order anything that delivers through Fast Frate again. The only delivery times they offered were in the middle of the work day so I had to take time off work to wait for it. Then they never came. I phoned numerous people about it and never got a response. Had to take another afternoon off work to to get it. When it came they only sent one delivery guy for a very heavy product so I had to help him carry it in. Pretty sure I threw my back out doing it. Then, after all that, they still refused to offer any compensarion for missing 2 afternoons of work and wouldn't even apologize or admit to doing anything wrong. Honestly, one star is too much for this company.

A great company with kind a helpful staff

Worst service from west to east ever. Shipment has taken a month and still not delivered. No sense of urgency and no care that it's not been delivered.

the manager hung up on us we begged and pleaded with him that I’m disabled and can’t lift the item into our doorway of our house his response was it gets dropped off on the sidewalk and hung up something is really off with these folks
