They complain about other organizations having an negative impact on the neighborhood. Every time I walk by; there is at least one vehicle on the sidewalk. Today, was three.

Absolutely the worst service centre in London. Management team refused to correct a issue that was clearly the technicians fault. Physical evidence was disregard. Intent was to take financial advantage at the customers expense. They got caught with their hands in the cookie jar and insisted that they were not at fault. STAY AWAY!!! Plenty of honest garages in town that respect and don’t take advantage of there customers.

I originally came to this location back around 2018-2019 while living in London while pursing post-secondary education. When dealing with an issue with my wheel nuts, they ended up having to be replaced, and were replaced with wheel nuts that required a key. True be hold I was never given the key. This has become very problematic seeing as I no longer live in London. In addition, when switching my tires it seems they returned me with the wrong wheel nuts, so currently I have a set of wheel nuts that require a key that I don’t have and another set that don’t fit. Really seems like they are trying to make It where I can only bring my car in to their shop. When I contacted the store they were unwilling to help and told me I was “wasting” their time. Not impressed and would not recommend.

Went to get my safety done staff was very polite even they fixed the problem with muffler for free.From this day they will be my first choice to get everything done my car needs in future great experience .Will recommend 100% if you have any problem with your car.

Fast, friendly and quality work. Brought in my Malibu for a no start and what i though was a computer issue. They were quick to discover it was a wiring issue and gave me a couple of choices. They had the car fixed in a timely manner and very fair on the price. The tech that helped me was Nick. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and left a trusting impression. Showed up for a car inspection, they happened to to be busy. But the guy and younger lady had no issues doing the service for me and it went amazing! Couldn’t ask for better service!Thanks againSee you in the future!
