From my initial conversation inquiring about the steps involved in locating the oil tank, and then the removal and remediation process if required, Tri City was top notch. Kat was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Phil visited the site very quickly and determined where the tank was. A quote was put together and Phil was never pushy. He told me things I should be aware of and questions to ask any other prospective company. So glad we went with him. He worked around my dates and got a team in there on the agreed upon date. The three guys on site had a messy, difficult job to do, and they did it with a smile. The tank was removed, soil tested, luckily no remediation required and they put the area back together. The process was way less stressful than I thought it would be. Phil dealt with all of my questions in a calm, timely and professional manner.Highly recommend this company. Thanks Phil, Kat and crew!

Tri-City Tank Tech was great. Very professional and friendly service. They came out and did an estimate. They scanned our yard as part of the estimate process (something another company proudly told us they 'only' charge only $395 for). Pleasantly surprised that the final invoice was for the exact same amount as the quote. Highly recommend.

Top rated service! The response time from our realtor to Tri city tank tech to remove an oil tank from our late mother's property was within 2 days. Matt kept us well informed of the process and called when needing permission to remove shrubs etc. The location of the tank was not the most ideal for removal but the company pulled it off without any damage to the existing structures. Very impressed with their work ethics. Would recommend Tri City in a heartbeat.

Most of the home renovations take longer than scheduled and are more expensive.Not with this guys. they come on schedule, are polyte and knowledgeable.They take the time to explain the process and the ork invokved.
