The lady who works here is very sympathetic. We had a kid with us and she was so nice and gentle with him. The stone itself is beautiful. There were a couple of letters that were not fully carved out, and when we emailed photos, they had someone out within days to make it perfect.

Do not recommend. Poor customer service, errors made on the stone with no responsibility taken, incompetent. Would be best to go somewhere else.
