We go to this location most frequently since it's closest to our house. The quality of food is very hit or miss, I do understand it's a McDonald's and it's fast food but the consistency is way off. Fries are either hot/fresh/salty or cold/stale/plain, chicken nuggets are usually stale unfortunately, the only time the food is usually very fresh is if I go there late at night. Every time I order cheeseburgers with extra cheese and extra onions for my partner, it either comes with very few onions or none at all every time! Doesn't matter if I go there in person or order through Skip. Today's was probably one of the worst (pictured) and I'll probably just start going to the Emerald Hills location as I've never had an issue there yet. The only redeeming quality is that most of the staff I've encountered are really nice.

This is a totally normal & fine mcdonalds if you are going to get take-out / go the drive thru route. Inside is VERY small and I would not recommend for more than 2 people. There is limited seating and no play palace. But the service is usually pretty good and the staff are friendly.

I'm a guy who enjoys a lot of ketchup with their hamburger and recently it's really dampened my experience to always ask for more ketchup, or more napkins. And I really miss being able to refill my pop. Please consider adding a self-serve desk as there at other McDonalds locations.

Even provided excellent customer service. Food came out fast and fresh. Bathroom and lobby both clean and sanitary. My favourite location to visit in Sherwood Park.

The few times before I came by this location have either been okay, or other mistakes from the drive thru hage happened. I went by today to make my order. I go ahead and pay at the first window thinking they got your order right. When I got to the second window, there was a huge mistake when I got some other food that I didn't even order. Even when the lady at the order board repeated what I wanted. Lol The one woman who handed the wrong food, then handed me the pop I originally ordered, and became snippy with me when I was just asking what else I was waiting on. She fluffed me off with her hands in the drive thru window after throwing a hissy fit. Sometimes, one experience can make it terrible for a person to never want to go back there again. I mean, most fast foods tend to have hiccups in miscommunication, but don't treat a customer who just paid and was talk to them in a normal voice. All it comes down to is just try to be respectful even if the employee is being flustered. If I had to recommend a mcdonalds in sherwood park only, I would suggest the location on wye road. Don't go to the one on baseline

We have taken our grandchildren to this location numerous times and it was hit and miss. The last time we took the kids there the store was very dirty bathrooms were filthy and food was gross we swore that we would not go back. The other day the kids cried to go back because of the playground well we went expecting the worse well surprisingly it was very clean food was fresh and delicious and service was awesome. Great job

Staff is very rude and not welcoming. It's feel like they hate other community people which they don't belong to . I recommend people don't go their. Management should have Lookup after for this type for behavior of there staff and bad staff service .

How this place has fallen. I worked at this location in 1999 and what a dump it has become. The staff working the drive thru today are some of the rudest staff my wife and I have ever encountered. Secondly when someone orders breakfast and adds a extra hash brown maybe put KETCHUP in the bag or is that asking too much. I will never return to this location and nobody else should either.
