Did not even get to make an appointment, the secretary was very rude and condescending, bad experience off the bat. never going to this place

I've been a patient of this clinic for close to 33 years. I can assure you, I don't have a natural love for dentists' needles. The professionals at this clinic have always done everything to accommodate me. Every single time, I have come for my appointments, the service, attention, and professionalism: Top Notch. Highly recommend.

I was lucky enough to fall on Dr. Sofia and Daniela for my overdue cleaning. They both showed patience with my discomfort and Sofia went above and beyond in explaining the ins and outs of my dental health and how to keep a bright smile for years to come.Thanks again..Gracias!-Rich

I got a checkup+cleaning from Monique the other day, and it was great; she was efficient and gentle at cleaning, and advised me on the best way to prevent gum disease without any judgement. Two thumbs up!

I used to go to my dentist in NDG for almost twenty years. I thought I'd never ever go to anyone else. But the day came when I had a dental emergency and my old dentist wasn't available. I saw Dr. To Ahn Nguyen who was so gentle that I felt safe in her chair. My usual anxiety lifted and her tiny hands in my mouth were a happy change compared to my old male dentist's fingers. It's a little detail, but a huge advantage for a patient, if you ask me. I have been treated by a few other dentists in this clinic and I have to say their treatment plans were never aggressive or excessive. To Ahn and her hand-picked team are exceptional professionals, and wonderful human beings. Special thanks to Sylvie who is awesome on the phone.

My child was seen by Rajpreet Kaur and it was a horrible traumatic experience. She expressed no sympathy whatsoever for my child who was very scared to have her cavity filled and at the end of the visit the kind secretary offered her a surprize and the dentist intervened and told my child do you think you deserve a surprize? Do you think I was able to work with all your crying? When I told her that it's normal for a child to be afraid and her reaction is inappropriate she said I can go see a different dentist next time. I had to get a difficult wisdom tooth pulled out and I was by no means an easy case but Dr. Castonguay did an AMAZING job!! He took the time to explain the procedure, answer all my questions and make sure I was informed and comfortable. Even afterwards, the follow-up was impeccable. You can really see that they care and have concern for their patients. Not to mention that I showed up there urgently after feeling intense pain and they managed to work things around to see me immediately!! I would give this clinic 6 stars if I could. A big thank you to all of the staff from the reception/administration to the dental assistants and of course, Dr. Castonguay!!
