Was just at the 7-Eleven located at 20296 56 Ave, Langley. I ordered the 3 chicken strips/3 potatoe wedges. I paid for my order and went back to my office. Upon opening the sealed bag I discovered I was given wings, not strips. I closed the bag and walked back to the store and told the girl she got my order wrong. Then I literally WATCHED her take the wings out of the bag and put them back in the food display (to be purchased by some unsuspecting person) before she replaced them with my strips. Is there not some sort of rule about tossing out food that has left the store? I mean, she doesn't know if I touched them, spit in the bag, etc. Ewwwww!

Never have the cheese and chili working. Super stale pizza. Bun stopped being fresh an hour ago. On top of that they always skip passed the save money screen. If you have an option definitely go elsewhere

I have had this problem many many times with this location, and have heard the same story from many others - the advertised deal for products is not what is being charged at the register. Most recently Monster Energy/Reign/NOS/Full Throttle has been advertised as 3/$6.50 for members and a 2/$7 for non-members. I will grab any combination of the advertised brands in their correct sizes, scan my member barcode or input my phone number, but then be charged 2/$7 and an additional can at regular price. Most times I have to remind the cashier that the price should be lower and most times it can be resolved quickly, sometimes needing the help of another employee or manager, but my visit today had the cashier arguing with me that a) >$10 is the correct price and b) that only the three examples of cans on the picture of the ad were the ones on sale, even though the image showed three Monster cans but listed other brands. I asked how $6.50 plus tax could come to >$10 and he still didn’t get it right away. Even the manager said I was getting the right price until he looked again and instructed the cashier to change the price. This is at least the sixth time that the price has been wrong for me in the past few weeks. It seems like the training of cashiers is not being handled well, the knowledge of deals is not commonly held and the respect for customers is low at this location. I just hope that others are not getting ripped off and overcharged.

There is a promotion displayed on the outside of the building. On the shelf in the fridge same thing, no confusion on my part. On a shelf display outside the fridge as well! 2 for 5$ 946ml. I entered my # for my loyalty points card, saw my name, saw my points balance, and then got charged the regular price instead of the promotion. I was doing the math in my head as my payment processed. Then I asked about it, got told that's the price".Pretty uncool to bait people in and not honour the promotion. I'm guessing I didn't get the 500 loyalty points either

Ordered Neocitran on Skip from here and they accepted my order but didn’t have it in stock. They had no cold medicine at all and the guy on the phone was very rude to me while i was speaking to him to try to resolve the issue. I couldn’t cancel the order on skip cuz he already accepted it. He told me it wasn’t his problem and i had to contact skip. Took over an hour to figure this out when he should have never accepted my order in the first place if they didn’t have it in stock. Completely unacceptable. If i could leave 0 stars i would :(

Unsafe, do not go to at night. Get your receipt, they will not give you one. Watch for expired product.

The man working at the front desk had a line up of people waiting while he took a personal phone call. Would give a zero for customer service if I could
