I purchased my first( pre-owned) travel trailer from Chemo RV 100 Mile and I LOVE it!! The staff went above and beyond to help me with learning how to RV on my own, not be nervous and when I had a couple of issues they fixed it without question. GM Ryan is knowledgeable and super approachable, Christine in service didn’t bat an eyelash on what needed to be done. Cayce in finance had everything ready for me before I arrived. I can’t remember everyone’s names but they made me feel like family and I will not hesitate to shop here again and send my friends! Thanks team!!

They repaired our 5th wheel super fast and did a great job! And when we were in Mexico with it and had an issue with our water heater i emailed them and Joe from service called me right away and helped us fix the problem, he even found us the contact for a RV parts shop in Mexico for us to get a part we needed :) great service !

This place used to be a Meridian RV but is now Chemo RV. We had just begun a long-distance road trip when we realized that the equalizer shackles on our fifth wheel had fallen off. Chemo RV was so kind as to let us drop by as we were passing through that morning and kept us informed on work progress. It turned out that our entire brake system needed replacing, so we had to stay an extra day, but Chemo RV got the work done quickly and accurately. We are very grateful to Kristin (the service manager) for prioritizing us and especially to Ryan (the technician) for being so detailed and helpful with his work. Thank you for saving us on our road trip!

Great place, very helpful staff. Did not have what I needed in stock but was able to get it in a week, and they followed up promptly. So very satisfied I was able to have a hot shower again. Kudos to this business. Thank you Chemo RV!

This place was amazing. The general manager was so full of energy and just awesome. He caught that I had the wrong size trailer ball and go me one right away. The finance lady was also amazing. They made this experience of buying a trailer enjoyable. Thank you!

After a very rocky start to our first trailer purchase with many issues on the new trailer, Jeff at 100 Mile House Chemo took the time to listen to us and worked with us to fix all the problems. Would definitely recommend them for great customer service.

I was at the dump today when the coupler latch fell apart and I was forced to leave my trailer at the dump. I called Chemo and spoke to Kurt in parts. I explained to him what had happened and that my trailer couldn't be moved without the new part. He didn't have the part I needed but said he'd bring it in from another store. Kurt then said to get my trailer home from the dump he'd lend me the coupler off of his personal dump trailer. I really appreciated the offer and I'm grateful to be bringing my trailer home tomorrow morning,,,, Thanks again Kurt and Chemo RV !!!

We found some frost damaged plumbing from which water was spraying on our first night of camping in Cache Creek. Went to a motel;(. Chemo appeared on the road next morning like a mirage. They were super friendly and squeezed us in on a Saturday despite being fully booked. Thanks guys!
