Gillanders Heating was highly recommended to us by a friend and they did not disappoint. Had seasonal checkup and maintenance done on fireplace and furnace. Both technicians, Bill and Vince, were excellent! Very prompt, thorough, and professional.They were happy to answer any questions I had. Explained their final assessment findings. They made helpful recommendations without being pushy.Overall it’s been a great pleasure dealing with the Gillanders Heating team. They will continue to be our choice for all future maintenance and repairs.

Great service from start to finish. Bill the technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. Issue was found and fixed. Best part was I was never felt pressured into having to invest in a new heating cooling unit as past companies seem to push. Gillanders will be the only one I'll trust now!

Called and received same day service, that was a surprise, I figured I would have to wait considering its “that time of year.” I was excited to at the prompt service and was given a narrow time if day so I didn’t have to wait at home all day.Dale serviced the system and was a professional. He explained in general terms (so I could understand) what was wrong and what he did to repair. He explained the cost and talked about a maintenance program.Overall a good experience. Thanks

I called to repair/restart my pool heater. Everything about their service was excellent! They texted me to let me know the driver was on his way and an app to track his progress. I really appreciated this as I have a dog that bites and needs locked up. The notice gave me time to crate the dog! Tim asked a couple of questions and got right to work. He figured out the issue and explained to me what was wrong and what he did to clean it and what I could do if the problem happened again! I was very happy with their service and communication. I would definitely recommend Gillanders. Great timely and efficient service.

I've used Gillanders Heating Ltd. since I built my home back in 1995. They have always did the yearly checkups for our furnace, A/C unit, hot water heater & fireplace. Vince & Bill are the technicians that know our equipment and always do thorough checkups. It is so nice to know that we are being taken care of by such a caring company. They are like family and if we need help they are right on it to make sure everything is running smoothly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs repair or new. Was in a pinch, my water heater died. Called Joe@Gillanders and I had an appointment and crew setup for the next day with a new replacement. The boys showed up, wore a mask which I appreciated, covered the stairs and floor from outside to the water heater. They quickly removed and replaced the water heater, put in new connectors and had it all setup and working in no time. They were professional and did a great job and cleaned up everything before leaving with the old water heater. Would recommend this company anytime.

After a long two weeks without hot water or service from Reliance and Enercare, we called Gillanders and received immediate support. Our problem was fixed the next morning. Excellent service, the service providers were clean, professional and friendly. Any mess made was immediately cleaned up. We will deal with them again if there are any other problems in the future. We strongly recommend using their services. They are reliable, efficient and prompt.

This is the best heating and cooling companies around!! They are very knowledgeable but best of all they are HONEST!! Once an appointment is made they send you a tracking text so you know exactly where the technician is en route to fix your problem. I have nothing but good to say about the entire team!! Bill has been our service man for the past 2 years!! Thanks for doing what you do!!

Gillanders repaired my pool heater last Friday. The pool heater is now operating flawlessly, Very happy with the Jandy pool heater. I’m very happy with the maintenance performed by technician and communications from the service manager. Keep up the excellent work.
