Very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly professional who not only serviced the chimney and fireplace excellently but shared best practices for operation, obtaining firewood, and other related topics. I will definitely call Wagner's every time!

Knowledgeable and efficient. He showed up on time, ready for anything. He explained what our options were to maximize our fireplace, what we could do with the space if we wanted to change it, and recommended a company that could take care of that if we pursued it. He gave the chimney a cleaning and examined all aspects of it. Being our first fireplace, he explained how to use it and get the most out of it, what to expect output wise, and why it would be worth it or not to replace it, remove it, or alter it. We discussed the possible cost savings, return on investment if we changed it, and basic upkeep. Incredibly helpful! I couldn't recommend him more!I didn't call around for other quotes, as he came highly referred. Price seemed fair though, in comparison to various work we've had done on our new.homw since moving in a few months ago.

Gene is awesome! I originally scheduled a chimney cleaning with Wagner's chimney service, but after first inspecting the chimney, Gene advised that the chimney was in good shape, saving from unnecessary work and expense.This is the first home I've owned with a wood burning fireplace, and Gene took time to teach me about my fireplace, the do's and don'ts, and I learned more in the course of 20 minutes than I could have hoped for.When I originally scheduled the cleaning, Wagner's was booked out for several weeks. I can see why - it was worth waiting for.Can't recommend Wagner's Chimney Service highly enough!
