Nothing short of incompetence and client ignorance. Had to travel to Mississauga Branch to resolve the issue where I found professionals and listening ears, issue solved in 15 minutes there.

I usually don’t leave any type of review unless the service i got was completely bad or really good. Today it was my first time ever coming into a telus franchise. I walked up towards the front door and respectfully the staff inside told me to wait while they help the customers inside, which i understand because of Covid they’re following their protocol. But right after one customer left and it was my turn after waiting about 10 minutes at the front door i start walking in and the employee there tells me to step back out politely, then asks me what am i looking for? that’s where i got the bad service instead of being welcoming to their potential customer they just made me stand outside and answer their questions while standing outside..? but i didn’t mind. I was just looking for a case for my phone, then the employee went like “just give me a second i’ll check if i have it in stock” from there he just made me wait outside while he went away for 7 minutes then comes back and says “we have nothing in stock.” This is the type of service that makes potential customer not want to do any future business with the brand for what they represent themselves as.Do better.

Had a great experience at this store. Dominik was so incredibly helpful and kind, and got me a new phone and contract! The manager on hand was very helpful too. Online support messed up my account initially, but Dominik and the manager (I cannot remember his name, sorry) worked to correct it and get everything working for me properly. I'm very grateful for their help and expertise.Plus, anyone complaining about the ID at the door, they were robbed recently and it isn't a big deal. You need to show ID anyways to get a new phone/contract, etc., in the store. Stop making a mountain out of a molehill, and stop making the employees lives harder because you're mildly inconvenienced. Get over yourselves lol.

I understood and was patiently accepting for the last three years of the pandemic as Telus store physically staff locked patrons and customers out of the building, coming to the door to peek their heads out to inquire as to the purpose of your business and to ask you to wait until the one customer languishing in the building had left, rain, sleet or shine.When we attended Telus Milton’s location on Maple, this past week, post-pandemic, I was incredibly relieved as the first exterior door opened … but then was confronted by the second door that was locked. The last three years of inconvenience and feeling of being pushed away, put on hold, came flooding back.It wasn’t until one of the four staff members inside came to the locked inner door and started shouting through the the reinforced pane of glass commands to produce a piece of government photo ID and place it on the window for inspection that I knew I was done with Telus.Still stunned by the shock of the dictatorial demand as a greeting, I just left.I’ve worked in countries where this is the protocol to get into banks, perhaps…maybe even at dodgy convenience stores in southern States, but Telus with four strapping lads as reps looking back at you with only one client in the store??? Done, done DONE with Telus. There’s an open access kiosk somewhere waiting for my business, with no locked doors or indifferently over-staffed for the services that it is not providing.

I went to Telus store today and the girl named Ayan.S who claimed to be the manager working was super rude. I didn’t want to argue so I just walked out to take my business somewhere else. I only asked her a question and she got super defensive & then said she is “corporate” and basically dismissed me. Her tone was extremely rude, i did not feel welcomed at all. It was such a bad experience, I would not recommend anyone to ever go there again. To the manager, i hope you watch your tone & attitude if you claim to be a manager.

Staff are friendly! But the experience was far from enjoyable on the whole. You can't walk into the shop. The doors are locked and you have to show ID before they let you in.

went today to this store and spoke to Jon Derek.Derek doesn't know basics of doing business and making customers to go to his store for no reason.Prior to going to this store I called to get plan info on phone pricing and phone plan and spoke to Derek who made me go all the way to north east Milton from Burlington Downtown. He totally wasted my time. If he had know the facts on what he can and can not do I wouldn't have wasted time and money.

I don't usually leave reviews, this Telus store is really bad. This store deserves 1 star rating. This is what happened. I went to the store and switched my phone company from Fido to Telus, just to get a better network and they charged me $40 extra every month. The network is so bad and is worse than a network in third world country. I went to the store they lied to me and said there is something wrong with the device and went to Mobile Klinic and they diagnosed it and there is nothing wrong with the phone, it was strictly network problem. I contacted technical support more than 2 hours on the phone, home and in the store location no answer. The store manager is so rude and manerless. Please call the phone regulatory department to complain CRTC.
