Doesn’t even deserve a star. Not soundproof! Don’t be fooled by the wood frame + concrete slab. The slab is 1.5 inches thick. You hear absolutely everything above you and in the hallway (talking, footsteps, vibrations, all of the above). Syndicate doesn’t follow their own by-laws (failure to get insurance and lease from tenants) nor do they help co-owners with massive amounts of complaints. Sales unit does not reflect the bathroom in any of the architectural plans by the architect, biggest scam. No pool as promised after phase 2 construction yet we are paying for it in the condo fees. Think twice before this investment.
