Very disappointed with this company. Most of the work was done nicely (the boys that they are subcontracting are doing their job), but there are a few items that have been installed that had been already defective and we couldn't get them replaced (this is already the contractor who is problematic). They are also not very honest when it comes to what's included in the price stated on the contract. We had to almost fight back the money that we were not supposed to pay. Another problem is that they are not necessarily respecting all the security and building requirements, and now we are in trouble because of that. I do not recommend this company. If you value your time and money, you may want to look for more options.

Work from finished basement is of the highest quality and is competitively priced. The crew did a fantastic job at conceptualizing and designing our dream basement. They went out of their way to retrieve our bought items and even disposed of a large quantity of unnecessary materials. If anybody needs their services, we will happily recommend finished basement.

We are thrilled with the team's fantastic work in our unfinished basement. The staff at the office was excellent and took us through the planning stage, and explained everything very clearly. Our basement renovation was only 650 square feet, but thanks to their experience, they showed us how to maximize the usage of the space. Example: I thought I'd only have a closet for an office, but they took our plan and modified it, so my office is twice the size I thought I would have. Every day the construction workers showed up on time. They delivered what they promised and cleaned up after themselves. Even during the ups and downs during the COVID-19 pandemic, they remained 100% professional and willing to work. The project was about three weeks from start to finish and completed on budget. After seeing the pictures of our finished basement, our friends and family have wanted to come over and check the place out, and all are impressed. Highly recommend FB.ca.

We hired this company to install a legal, finished basement. They demolished the existing improvements and built us a brand new basement suite.They were fast & efficient because they have their own warehouse of supplies and their own contractors and therefor are not reliant on others to complete their work.We couldn’t be more pleased with the finished product. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly kind and competent. Friendly and always on top of things. I was able to complete the project without going over my allotted funds. As a family, we are quite pleased with our new lower level.

This company is very professional, super responsive, and easy to deal with. They did an outstanding job on our basement. They re-routed poor ductwork and made suggestions for workarounds that we never even thought of. Work was 90% complete in just two weeks. We are now just waiting on the wet bar install which has been slightly delayed (the basement is completely usable and functional without the bar). Overall, a very positive experience. Even with the delay we are still in a shorter timeline than 3 of the other companies we had quote us.
