Can’t get over how rude and condescending the woman working at the counter was. They printed off the wrong form for me last time and when I called I was told to go back in and they could waive the fee since I payed it before. When I brought this up she started making a big stink and when I offered to just pay it she said no I’ll just give it to you for free and continued acting like I was being unreasonable just for her to hand over the form I needed and her saying “I’ll probably get in trouble for this but whatever”. The whole thing felt very demeaning and all because I just asked about getting a fee waived that I had technically already payed

I haven't even been there yet and they are only open from 8-3 Tuesdays and Thursdays? Who has that time off to go down and get stuff done? I have to drive 45 minutes to Halifax? Ridiculous

If I could give less then a 1 star review I would.Only 1 person ever working and they are very slow paced.Standing in a line for about 45 minutes for every person ahead of you, so if there's 2 people ahead of you, you'll be waiting at least an hour and a half.
