I ordered a Secrid wallet from their website and mistakenly ordered the wrong one. Forero’s communication with me and accommodation of trying to help me exchange the product for the one I wanted was exceptional. Super helpful and friendly as well as amazing customer service. They carry high end brands so if that is what you are looking for I suggest this retailers as I feel you will get amazing service and support should you need it.

Premium prices for good quality Briggs & Riley bags. Staff weren’t that knowledgeable. The owner or someone with more experience needs to be here more often. I preferred Wanderlust but they’re gone now.

Just an FYI: they do not issue full refunds and they do not tell you this either. Their refund policy is only store credit or exchange within 14 days. If anything, they can atleast inform their customers before payment.
