Lady at the front desk with short hair that sits in the middle chair is so rude and should take a course in Customer service/Human relations.Sad part is there are some good young people out there that would do a lot better job and show some decent human qualities when dealing with people.

The most unprofessionally run doctors office! Impossible to communicate with. The doctor's staff is rude and high on themselves. Definitely no consideration for the patient's concern. They are only concerned with their time and how much of an inconvenience a patient is to them. Don't even try to get answers because all they will do is deflect and blame you for asking a question. I thought that this was a health care" facility. Compassion

Dr Providence is amazing. She is wonderful with my girls and my family. Reception and nursing staff makes it feel like a family environment and work hard to take care of all of us. Thank you so much!

Doctor seems friendly and knowledgeable but staff is absolutely horrific. They treat their patients as though they are a huge inconvenience to them with zero respect and yet their voicemail has some bull about threat your staff with respect. I think the real issue is patients are being treated horribly by them and when the patients don’t stand for it staff has a problem with it. It’s sad the only way to keep your doctor is to tolerate being treated poorly and keep your mouth shut about it. If you hate your job please do all the patients a favour and quit so they can find staff that actually like people!
