This location doesn’t allow dogs but the location I went to in London does.It just makes me not want to shop in Sportchek - I am so grateful to stores like their parent company Canadian Tire that allow dogs at all locations but am obviously let down that this location just doesn’t care to accommodate their customers.I love shopping and just want to bring my well behaved pup. :)

Best experience in a store in the last 10 years. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I went in looking for shorts, and saw these awesome looking shoes. They matched the price down to an amazing amount. The 2 courteous and friendly young ladies I dealt with were a joy. Thanks I will on occasion drive from London to frequent your establishment. Well done folks.

Why do Dog lovers automatically assume it's okay to bring there dog everywhere ? Then proceed to leave negative reviews when they can't.. Dog lovers also assume everyone loves dogs as much as they do. Then label non dog lovers as heartless monsters.

Brought my skates in for a sharpening, although the attendant there was extremely reluctant to sharpen my skate (despite me informing him that I was in a bit of a rush to go play hockey and also while being the only customer). The manager came and sharpened the skates and did an excellent job.

Well I can say I have spent a small fortune at this location. Usually happy until today. My wife and son were trying out a balance bike as we were looking for one. A worker with red hair and glasses rudely followed my wife and son around the store then order them to buy it if they are going to ride it. Unfortunately I found this out just as we were leaving and I am not impressed. I will be contacting for a formal complaint. And yes we walked out and did not purchase a bike. Poor care for regular customers. This worker seemed to have a power trip but what he needs is a lesson in customer service, my kid was three man show a little patience.

I waited in line for the cashier. After my first transaction, I informed the cashier (Julianne) that I also had something to return. She told me I would have to take it to a different cashier because her shift was done. Very poor customer service to stop serving someone just because the shift is over. Finish what you started.

I recently purchased a mountain bike and child trailer at the Woodstock store. I was helped by Derric who is the head service technician at the store. Derric, you were absolutely fabulous! Since it is winter the bikes were all put up and weren't handy to get at but Derric showed us the different kinds, pulling them down for my son-in-law to try and explained all the differences between the bikes. I have never had such wonderful customer service. You went out of your way to help us and it is greatly appreciated. I hope your manager realizes what a wonderful employee you are. Thanks so much for your above and beyond service!

Bad attitude on the cashier with glasses on Sunday July 17 at 4:04pm. Rolled her eyes when asked simple questions. Kind of like a spoiled 15 year old in a bad mood.Grow up. You're in customer service. Lose the attitude.

The manager is uninviting, stares at me until I make eye contact every time. Then when I do he give the fakest hello and smile imaginable.
