Montreal Plaza is a must. The food was incredible. The wine suggestion was amazing. The little silliness of the restaurant makes it so charming. Every plate had us drool.

The food was beyond amazing. My favourite dish was the scallops ( and I don't even like seafood) it was just divine, best scallops I've eaten in my life.Their desserts are also not to be missed!

I mean… one of the best meals of my life. Such a great time here. The flavours and textures are so creative. Servers were very kind too, no tables left online, but we went in person and were able to find a table for the next week. Stellar dishes, ranging from veggies, meats and fine seafood. Portions were quite generous for the tasting menu (110 per person), reasonably priced. 5 courses, with each course had 1-3 dishes. Ambiance was good too, with music and open doors to let the summer breeze through. Glad we went!

It is a restaurant I definitely recommend. I will start with the unique decor, which always triggers our eyes. You will know what I talk about when you visit. The food is great, quite pricey, but definitely a must for foodie. The staff is very motivated, nice and helpful. They know how to describe the meal to attract your attention. The only thing I found annoying was the parking. It is not easy to find one, especially during winter, so I recommend coming with public transportation.

Went back for our anniversary dinner recently and it still holds the candle as one of the top restaurants in Montreal. The service was impeccable, the tasting menu was stellar as per usual, the food and textures are so unique and the presentation beautiful. We love that it’s a changing menu and the wine list is exhaustive, so you will find something for everybody. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to our friends (and we have many times) and we are looking forward to our next visit already.

Every dish was so creative and some were surprisingly light and healthy :)We tried the bourgots, oysters, cannelloni, raviolo, halibut, and popcorn tartare. Everything was delicious and the berry dessert was to die for.Great for birthday celebrations, they make it a big deal here haha

Overall good experience but the food took awhile to come and the dessert we had was quite disappointing. All the food was good, except the bourgot was really tough to chew. The food took around 40 mins. We got the bombe alaska for two for dessert and both the size and taste were disappointing. A) it advertises that it’s for two but it’s still quite small, especially considering it costs $32. I’ve had bigger portions elsewhere for a lower price even but I’m guessing you’re paying more for the performance? B) the taste was alright, not good but not bad; until you dip into what’s on the side for a mouthful of bitterness and alcohol. But honestly, for that price, I was hoping that it’d taste better in general. The dessert also took 30 mins to serve, we almost left before it finally came to the table.Overall, I’d recommend this place because the atmosphere is nice and the food is generally pretty good. With that said, I’m not sure how much that reflects the price tags since it seems that they continue to inflate over the last few months.

I hate to leave a bad review but this is a place I wouldn't recommend to a friend and had to chime in before you drop hundreds of dollars here like my husband and I did in mid-July 2022.The good: service was great from our servers, someone came by pretty much right away to take our drink orders. They explained the menu and made sure to note all ingredient changes. We went with the $110pp sharing menu which is 4 courses (each course had 2 dishes to share) including dessert.Cocktails were delicious, maybe on the weaker side for those who like booze, but I'm a cheap date so it works for me.First course was fantastic, a tomato & shrimp dish that tasted so fresh. The other was mackerel & salad greens which was also very good. The bad: When the server described the dishes, they sounded really interesting but other than the first 2 dishes, the rest were just confusing. There was a dish with balls of cantelope, peas & mushroom with melted cheese on top served alongside greasy croutons that were also way too big to eat in one bite (server suggested making a bite with everything). The marrow + duck breast + mussels looked very appealing but none of the proteins and vegetables came together in a pleasant way. Not sure if some things just weren't seasoned but it was very underwhelming and one-note.Desserts looked great but the frozen carrot cake was very icy & just tasted like frozen pineapples and did not have enough carrot cake flavor. We love desserts and didn't bother finishing.I think the idea of this menu was to make the food look good rather than focusing on flavors which is a real shame. Before the tip, the bill was nearly $300 and I just felt so disappointed. I've had some truly fantastic meals in Montreal but this was a huge bust and would not recommend.
